As your wedding coordinator I will…

Meet with you in-person or virtually to hear your vision of your perfect wedding. We’ll talk about venue, wedding party size, what the ceremony and reception will look like and anything else to make your special day truly spectacular, memorable and uniquely yours.

Do a site visit at your church or venue to walk through the ceremony and reception. During this time we’ll setup a preliminary order for the ceremony, list all of the elements (vows, rings, message, pronouncement, first kiss, etc.) and walk through everything to make sure it flows well. We’ll also talk through the reception the same way.

Leading up to the rehearsal…

I’ll create a checklist for your wedding party that will include

  • What to wear to each event
  • When to show up to each event
  • Address(es) of each venue
  • Extra things to bring
  • Additional responsibilities of each party member

At the rehearsal…

At the wedding rehearsal I’ll help line everyone up on the stage, show them where to stand or sit, rehearse entrances and exits and walk through the entire ceremony. I’ll also go over the schedule for the wedding day with everyone.

At the rehearsal dinner…

I’ll keep the program moving on time, make sure everyone has their speeches and toasts ready and coordinate with your venue or caterers to make sure that everything runs smoothly.

On your wedding day I’ll arrive well before the ceremony and help with greeting vendors, keep everything moving on schedule and address any last minute questions or challenges that arise. Once the ceremony starts you’ll find me at the back of the venue coordinating each member of the wedding party’s entrance.

At the wedding…

I’ll coordinate everyone’s entrances making sure they are in the right order and keep a good pace going down the aisle. I’ll coordinate with the sound operator or DJ and make sure that your special songs are played at the right time and that any extra elements like communion, unity candles or extra prayer times happen just like you planned.

At the reception…

I’ll greet your vendors and make sure they know where everything is getting setup, show any helpers where to go and what needs to be done and help decorate so your celebration is uniquely yours. Once the party starts I’ll coordinate the wedding party’s entrances, coordinate with the DJ and emcee and keep the party moving. I’ll also take care of any issues that might pop up about how / when to serve food, cake, encourage guests to participate in the bouquet and garter toss and let everyone know when its time to go outside for the grand exit.
